Cargo Inspection & Damage Survey
Cargo Inspection including Load/ Discharge / Damage Assessment.
The objective of loading supervision is to verify during loading and unloading operations that the goods are properly handled and secured in the means of transport, if there is any improper condition, our surveyor informs clients about corrective actions accordingly.
- Checking and determining damaged cargo/packages/boxes/bags during discharging and/or loading and reporting latest situation to the Client accordingly.

Taking picture of damaged cargo for redelivery to the exporter, and preparing official report by our specialist.

Taking Picture of labels, packages and general appearance of cargo and checking availability control of cargo. Sampling in necessary condition.
- Informing the reason of damage cargo to the Client accordingly, if there is any damaging factor of cargo during loading/discharging/transferring.
For bulk cargo or bagged cargo during loading or discharging, our surveyors must gather documents related to the cargo, assist the Master in determining the cause of damage, assessed the quantity during loading or discharging then make a report on the outturn of good and bad cargo.
Damage surveys are performed by obtaining all of the particulars, to include a description of the vessel as well as the incident preferably in the form of a signed and witnessed statement. Our surveyor will then perform a complete inspection of the damage as well as a field survey report.
